Delivery Policy

There is no physical product and no courier. We do not collect a shipping address and there are no delivery or handling charges at any point.

Delivery is immediate and automatic. The moment your payment is confirmed on our servers, your invitation is published to the public link you chose and is ready to share. In normal conditions this takes a few seconds.

• The success screen shows your public link straight away, with WhatsApp sharing and a QR code.
• The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
• The invitation also appears in your dashboard, where you can edit it and see RSVP replies.

Occasionally a payment succeeds while the confirmation is delayed by the gateway. If your invitation is not live within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email hello@invitecraze.in with your order reference. We will either publish it or refund you in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A single, one-time price for the template you choose. Hosting, SSL, your public link, RSVP collection and unlimited edits are included in that price. There is no hosting charge, no subscription and no other fee — the amount shown at checkout is the full amount.

Your invitation remains online until 10 days after the wedding date you set. On that date the invitation and every guest response are permanently deleted. Your dashboard shows the exact date and lets you download your guest list before then.
