Terms and Conditions

InviteCraze is a template-based service for creating animated invitation websites. You choose a ready-made design, enter your own content, and publish it to a public web address that we host at no additional cost.

The design of every template — its layout, animation, typography and colours — is ours. You supply the content that goes inside it.

• You must give accurate details and keep your password confidential. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country.
• One person or couple per account. Do not share credentials.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Building and previewing an invitation is free. Payment is required only to publish it on a public link. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Your invitation is published only after the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway on our servers. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which you should read before paying.

You pay a single, one-time price for the template you choose. That amount is shown on the template and again at checkout, and it is the full and final amount. There is no hosting charge, no subscription, no renewal, no per-guest or per-response charge, and nothing is added to the price at the payment screen. Hosting, SSL, your public link, RSVP collection and unlimited edits are all included.

A published invitation stays online until 10 days after the wedding date you set. On that date the invitation, and every guest response with it, is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you change your wedding date, that deletion date moves with it. The exact date is shown in your dashboard, where you can also download your guest list.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — names, photographs, text and music. By uploading it you give us permission to store it and display it on your invitation, which is simply what is needed to run the service.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload. You must not upload:

• Photographs or music you do not have the rights to use
• Anything unlawful, obscene, hateful, or that harasses or defames another person
• Anyone's personal details without their knowledge
• Malware, or content designed to interfere with the service

We do not review content before publication. If content is reported and we judge it to breach these terms, we may unpublish the invitation and, in serious cases, suspend the account. Where this happens through no fault of ours, no refund is due.

When your guests submit an RSVP, that information is collected on your behalf and shown to you. You are responsible for handling it lawfully and for not using it for unrelated purposes. We store it only to provide the service to you.

• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates, designs, code or graphics.
• Do not attempt to access other users' invitations, drafts or data.
• Do not probe, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.

We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party failures and events outside our control can cause downtime. Where an outage is our fault and materially affects a live invitation, contact us and we will put it right.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the invitation concerned in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content you entered yourself, or for a guest failing to see your invitation because of a link you shared incorrectly.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms. If we end your account without cause while an invitation is live, we will refund what you paid for that invitation.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
